First signs of change!

We have been busy for a few weeks. Making sure that troughs have water, providing salt blocks and removing the first meters of fences. We also tested some straightforward irrigation by installing 500 meters of piping with a few wobbler sprinklers. Water running from the water tank down to the hoses, just with gravity.

Pierre, Matheus and Johannes already reported a few sightings. With proof to back them. As animals are far away, the authenticity of the (photo) shots can not be argued. No Artificial Intelligence hallucination. It is a game of hide and seek - in plain sight.

Animals roam, coming and going in search of food and water. Especially in the heat of the summer. Compared to early December, activity (measured in tracks around the troughs, boreholes) greatly increased.

Early days. We will continue to spread the word among the wildlife to bring their friends…
